Terms of payment:

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal.  When placing an order online, your card will be processed immediately.  When we are shipping your items out, you will receive an email confirming the content and method of delivery for your order.  We do not save or share any of your financial information; Therefore, once your payment is processed, we no longer have access to this information.

Return & Refund:

All regular priced merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued store credit credit only.  You will receive the store credit via email and it will not expire.  Neckwear, jewelry and discounted merchandise are final sale.  All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Once we have received your return, we will send you an email stating that your return is being processed.  Please give us 2 days upon delivery of your return to process them as we are fulfilling customers needs as quickly as we can.  For your convenience purchases made via our website may also be returned and given store credit in any of our stores.  Exchanges can also be made at any of our listed stores or by returning the items to us as described above.  All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.  

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

We have a flat rate of $8 for ground shipping.  If you would like to overnight, the shipping price will vary depending on carrier. If you spend over $200 shipping is FREE!  UPS ground is our preferred shipping method.  Under this method, UPS insures your order and ships it within 2-5 business days.  Please advise that the ordering process does not include our 48 hour processing window or weekend delivery.
